Hitting a Ceiling
How often do we feel like we are spinning our wheels and unsure what to do next?
Whenever we want to move through that ceiling and move in a different direction in any area of our life. Knowing and doing are two different things. First, we know, and then we need to put that knowledge into action. What happens when there seems to be a disconnect? This is when we want to be our "authentic" self and yet don't really know who that is.
