Six Habits

What we focus on
We focus on six habits or principles. Three are internal. The way we view ourselves through our own personal lens. Three external. The way we view the world around us through our personal lens.
Habit 1: We focus on connection with others. We all have several types of relationships. Family, friends, work relations. Sometimes those can feel out of balance. Or we are great at work and come home and have a difficult time connecting with our children or spouse. Maybe we find it difficult to express our ideas at work. We work on those connections first.
Habit 2: We focus on creating a life that resonates with us. Both personal and within a career. Maybe we have health challenges that are standing in our way of becoming and having what we want. Maybe we are expecting too much and aren't breaking things down small enough.
Habit 3: We focus on the actual work. The plan. What we need to do in order to get to the place we want to be.
Habit 4: We focus on putting the structure into place so we can do the work to get to where we want to be.
Habit 5: We focus on enjoying the journey. Life is short. Staying in the now to bring forth the joy in every day life and in the small steps. Learning to celebrate what we have accomplished.
Habit 6: We focus on appreciating ourselves. Who we are and our own personal unique value as a person.
